What does management cost?
A monthly percentage of rent, quoted after we view. How we charge.
How do you set the rent?
From agreed rents nearby, not asking prices, adjusted for condition and parking.
How are tenants referenced?
Credit, income, previous landlord and Right to Rent checks, the same for everyone.
Will my rental need a licence?
In Barking and Dagenham, yes. In Redbridge and Havering, it depends on the ward. Check your area.
Can I still evict a tenant?
Only on Section 8 grounds. Section 21 ended on 1 May 2026. Our guide.
Can I leave you?
Yes, on written notice once the first tenancy starts. No exit fee.
How is guaranteed rent different?
We become the tenant and pay you a fixed sum, occupied or not.

Where is my deposit?
In a government-approved scheme. You get the certificate within 30 days.
Can we be invoiced as a company?
Yes. We open a credit account for regular bookers.
