Questions
Serviced Accommodation Management questions
Will I earn more than a tenancy?
Often, not always. The owner pays bills and council tax. We forecast both so you can compare.
What is the 90-night rule?
In Greater London, a whole home can be short-let for up to 90 nights a year without planning permission. It does not apply in most of Essex.
