Quoted in writing after we view, with VAT shown. If it is not in your quote, we do not charge it.

Tenants
Tenant fees
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, tenants pay only these.
- Rent
- Refundable deposit: up to five weeks’ rent, or six if annual rent is £50,000 or more
- Refundable holding deposit: up to one week’s rent
- Changes requested by the tenant: £50, or reasonable costs if higher
- Early termination requested by the tenant: the landlord’s loss and reasonable costs
- Utilities, communications, TV licence and council tax where the tenancy says so
- Late rent over 14 days: interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate
- Lost keys or security devices: reasonable costs
